einem Praktikum bei der Krefelder Werbeagentur Hoyer 1980, schloss
sich das Studium für visuelle Kommunikation (1981-86)
an der FH am Niederrhein (zuvor Kunstgewerbeschule Krefeld)
und parallel dazu die Kunstakademie Düsseldorf als
Gasthörer bei
Prof.
Sackenheim (freie Grafik) und
Hannelore Köhler
(Bildhauerei,
Aktzeichnen) an. Durch sie Mitwirkung
anlässlich der
Grossen Kunstausstellung NRW im Kunstpalast 1983 bei der Hängung der
Bilder und Aufstellen der Skulpturen.
Von 1986 bis zu seinem Tod 1996
persönlicher Assistent von
Prof. Lajos Sebök .
Nach einem Jahr Studium an der Heinrich-Heine Universität
Düsseldorf (Geschichte und Philosophie) und an der FH am
Niederrhein 1988-89 (Sozialpädagogik), seit 1989 als
freiberuflicher Kunstmaler und Grafiker, sowie als
Klavierpädagoge
tätig.

Painting and
graphic arts:
First private academic lessons in drawing
from age 13-15 with graphic artist and painter Renate Wiesemann-Fuchs in
Düsseldorf. Afterwards with the painter
Käthe Hall Krieger and later with
the well-known painter and graphic artist Professor Lajos Sebök, among others,
in portrait drawing at the Neuss VHS.
After an internship at the Krefeld
advertising agency Hoyer in 1980, followed by the study of visual
communication (1981-86) at the FH am Niederrhein (previously
Kunstgewerbeschule Krefeld) and in parallel the Düsseldorf Art Academy as a
guest student with Prof. Sackenheim (free graphics) and Hannelore Köhler
(sculpture, nude drawing). Through them participation on the occasion of the
Great Art Exhibition NRW in the Kunstpalast 1983 in the hanging of the
paintings and setting up the sculptures.
From 1986 until his death in 1996
personal assistant of Prof. Lajos Sebök .
After a year of study at the
Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf (history and philosophy) and at the
University of Applied Sciences in the Lower Rhine 1988-89 (social pedagogy),
since 1989 working as a freelance painter and graphic artist, and as a piano
teacher.
